Transforming a historic pastry shop into a brand is not an easy task. The new site of Cremeria Buonarroti is the first step to enhance the value of a history almost one hundred years old. Next year, in fact, the restaurant will celebrate its 100th anniversary and we hope that it will be the time for a great relaunch.
